To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated Head of Supply Planning (f/m/d).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of 19 supply planners (f-m-d) across Europe, including 2 managers (f-m-d).
* Improve efficiency to identify under/over sellers and trigger adjustments to the purchasing plan promptly.
* Lead communication with manufacturing facilities to expedite/de-expedite based on sales and forecast development.
* Drive monthly supply planning activities to fulfill the needs of the planning cycles.
* Build reliable purchasing plans and inventory projections.
* Develop efficiency programs to continuously improve quality and execution speed within the supply department.
* Provide all stakeholders (f-m-d) with clear visibility of product availability and oversee inbound planning.
* Drive product life cycle management.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience in senior roles within S&OP departments.
* Excellent understanding of inventory management and service levels across the Pan-European region.
* Strong expertise in advanced MRP and DRP applications at both Pan-European and Global levels.
* Willingness to travel as required by business needs (typically 4–8 days per month).
* Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
