A Proven Track Record:
7+ years of experience within alternative asset management (Luxembourg AIFM or ManCo). Exposure to the UK or Channel Islands markets is a distinct advantage.
A Solid Technical Foundation:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, or Accounting that gives you absolute confidence navigating regulatory landscapes.
Mastery of the Ecosystem:
A flawless grasp of Luxembourg regulatory frameworks, CSSF expectations, and private equity AML/CFT protocols.
Collaborative Leadership:
A calm demeanor, natural diplomacy, and the interpersonal agility required to build trust across diverse, international teams. Fluent English is non-negotiable.
