You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

Shaping the direction of the portfolio by translating market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into a clear strategic roadmap

Owning product strategies end-to-end, ensuring relevance and performance across the full lifecycle

Building strong, data-driven business cases that influence investment and innovation decisions

Partnering closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to turn strategy into execution

Driving commercial performance through thoughtful pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization

Acting as a trusted product expert, supporting critical opportunities and enabling sales success

Contributing to impactful product launches, campaigns, and training that bring solutions to life

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience owning product or portfolio strategy, including roadmap definition and lifecycle decisions

Demonstrated ability to use financial and performance data to guide decisions (e.g., pricing, profitability, trade-offs)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and business data into actionable insights

Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to inform strategic direction

Professional fluency in English

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in B2B or manufacturing environments

Strong business acumen across pricing, profitability, and portfolio decisions

Experience managing product lifecycle decisions from launch to end-of-life

Confidence influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders

Structured, data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making

Proficiency in German or French is highly desirable
