Role Overview As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems and processes that power Libra’s go-to-market organization. Reporting directly to the Director Revenue DACH, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance — ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and strategic insight across the full revenue funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building structure, enabling teams, and turning data into decisions. What You'll Do Own Sales Infrastructure: Manage and optimize CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility across the funnel. Forecasting & Planning: Build and maintain forecasting models and performance tracking for ARR, pipeline, and conversion metrics. Process Design: Develop and document scalable workflows for lead management, opportunity stages, and handoffs between GTM functions. Analytics & Insights: Generate actionable insights from sales data to guide strategy, resource allocation, and territory planning. Revenue Enablement: Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline onboarding, quota planning, compensation tracking, and playbook development. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align campaigns, pipeline goals, and reporting frameworks. Tooling & Automation: Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Gong, Intercom, or equivalents) to enhance efficiency. Special Projects: Support leadership on strategic initiatives such as pricing, territory expansion, or partner channel development. What You Have 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy within a B2B SaaS company. Strong analytical skills and fluency with CRM systems (we’re using Attio) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio). Demonstrated ability to design and improve GTM processes and reporting frameworks. Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you can translate complexity into clarity for sales and leadership teams. Self-starter mindset: you take ownership, move fast, and bring structure to ambiguity. Native or fluent English proficiency. Experience in legal tech, professional services, or working with high-velocity B2B sales teams is a strong plus.
