IT Administrator (m/f/d)

To strengthen our IT team, we are seeking a full-time, permanent
IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Administration and maintenance of the server infrastructure: As part of the IT team, you will ensure smooth server operation in on-premise and cloud environments within a mixed OS landscape with a focus on Windows.
* Design and implementation of cloud solutions: You will share responsibility for the implementation and further development of our cloud strategy based on Microsoft Azure and M365.
* Transformation of the IT infrastructure: You will develop concepts for the expansion of our hybrid IT infrastructure and actively help shape the transformation processes involved in the introduction or expansion of applications.
* Ensuring IT security: You will ensure IT security, particularly with regard to M365. In doing so, you will stay up to date on current security threats and trends and adapt security measures accordingly.
Your profile:
* You have successfully completed a relevant degree program or vocational training with corresponding professional qualifications and have several years of practical experience in the design, implementation, and administration of IT systems and networks.
* Ideally, you already have experience in setting up cloud solutions (Azure | Microsoft 365) and integrating existing on-premises architectures, as well as proven knowledge in the administration of cloud solutions, including the implementation of security measures.
* You have business-level proficiency in German and good written and spoken English skills.
* You possess excellent conceptual and analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach.
* You are characterized by a structured, independent, and conscientious work style. Additionally, you demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics.
* You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a target-group-oriented manner.
