* Deputy IT Manager (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
* Participation in the strategic planning and implementation of the IT strategy
* Planning, managing and implementing IT projects, including resource and time planning
* Development and implementation of IT security concepts
* Support in the selection and implementation of specialist systems
* Monitoring and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure
* Creating and maintaining documentation on IT systems and projects
* Cost control and optimization of IT expenditure
* Organization and implementation of training courses for employees on the use of IT systems and applications and on IT security topics
* Close cooperation with other departments
* Interface between IT and external partners
* Contact person for all IT-related issues within the company
• Professional qualification
* • Completed studies in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist - System integration with appropriate further training or comparable qualification
* • Several years of experience in the IT sector, ideally in the support of entire IT landscapes
* • In-depth knowledge of network and server administration as well as open source technologies
* • Sound knowledge of IT security standards and data protection regulations
* • Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects
* • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. ProALPHA) is an advantage
• Personal qualification
* • Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
* • High self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility
* • Excellent communication skills
* • Adaptability in a dynamic environment with changing requirements
* • Entrepreneurial thinking, coordination and organizational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and in a team
• Additional qualification
* • Fluent written and spoken German
* • Very good written and spoken English skills
* • Experience in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry an advantage
* • Additional IT certificates desirable
