Administration Assistant (m/f/d)
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including mail processing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications and assist in coordinating meetings.
In addition, they will gain insights into various aspects of the Caritas organization, from administration to social projects, and provide support to the team as needed.
* Administrative skills: Proficiency in office software tools, such as MS Office
* Organizational talent: Structured, independent, and able to maintain focus even in high-pressure situations
* Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to process improvements
