Working within C&A's Corporate People & Culture function, the HR Project & Digitalization Manager will support the introduction of innovative digital HR solutions, consisting of any combination of improved HR processes, services, and systems, on a cross‑European, market, and country level. Depending on the size and complexity of the respective initiative, this may entail leading individual projects or workstreams / sub‑projects of larger programs.

Your responsibilities
* Support the scoping, planning, and preparation of new HR digitalization initiatives, including contribution to building the respective plans
* Independently manage implementation (sub‑)projects or workstreams to drive HR digitalization based on C&A's central SuccessFactors platform and other solutions in the context of related projects
* Closely collaborate and coordinate with different P&C, Tech (IT) and Business stakeholders, as well as external suppliers, in the context of such projects
* Report project status to the direct supervisor, Steering Committees, and executive levels
* Help to identify, formulate, and support the decision‑making around further improvement potentials, to result in new digitalization initiatives
What you bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or HR, or significant demonstrated experience in the area of work
* Experience in managing implementation projects, including new IT solutions
* Process and continuous improvement mindset and ability to translate between HR and IT
* Good project management skills and methodology knowledge as well as good understanding of IT systems and integration
* Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Empathy and being a good team player
* Previous work experience in retail and/or fashion is a plus
* Business fluent in German and English
