In the competitive real-time bidding landscape, the Programmatic Data Science team operates at a rapid pace, developing cutting-edge algorithms, to create systems that outperform industry giants. Our approach is deeply rooted in rigorous research into user behavior, publisher and advertiser objectives, ensuring an optimal user experience. Drive significant improvements in ad performance and user engagement through machine learning techniques.
You will take end-to-end ownership of your models within our modern ML stack (Python, Kubernetes on AWS, Airflow, MLFlow, Trino), balancing speed-to-market with robust engineering principles.
You foster a collaborative environment where direct, constructive feedback pushes the entire team to excel.
You have 4+ years of professional experience in the Data Science field working in AdTech, mobile gaming, e-commerce or a similar industry.
You have a track record of architecting and deploying machine learning solutions, with strong expertise in real-time large scale recommender systems and neural networks.
You are completely comfortable navigating a sophisticated, distributed engineering environment that produces massive amounts of data. You write excellent Python and SQL, with hands-on experience integrating models into automated training and deployment pipelines.
