Trainee for Office Management
We are looking for an organizational talent who enjoys structured work and interacting with people. In three years, you will learn all the central tasks in the administrative and office routine - from correspondence, scheduling, and presentations to accounting, bookkeeping, and personnel management.
Your Tasks
* Work with modern IT systems, plan meetings, organize business trips, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office.
* Perform tasks in various departments of our company, such as correspondence, scheduling, and presentations, accounting, bookkeeping, and personnel management, procurement, and public relations.
Profile
* Minimum Realschulabschluss
* Good knowledge of German (level B2)
* Strong mathematical skills
* Interest in commercial connections, marketing, and data processing
* Enjoyment of teamwork and communication strength
* Self-reliance and commitment
* Willingness to travel, as individual training phases may take place at our other locations
Duration
The training lasts for three years and starts on September 1, 2026. However, it can be shortened to two and a half years upon request if certain conditions are met.
