The America team, an international group of eight, drives commercial growth across key markets through strategic distributor partnerships and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities Develop and manage regional distributor partnerships across America, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sales targets. Lead commercial planning, execution, and performance management, taking full ownership of commercial activities across assigned markets. Conduct in‑depth market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities, translate insights into actionable commercial plans, and recommend pricing strategies. Drive strategic and sustainable integration of newly acquired products into the regional distribution network, collaborating with regulatory affairs, supply chain, marketing, and other functions. Ensure full compliance with American pharmaceutical regulations and distributor agreements, proactively addressing risks and deviations. Engage external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and trade associations to strengthen market access and support long‑term positioning. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and foster new business opportunities across America. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, distribution structures, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships, leading contract negotiations, and driving sustainable revenue growth in competitive environments. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a strategic, results‑oriented approach. Strong intercultural skills with experience working in cross‑functional and international teams. Fluent in English; proficiency in another major South American language (e.g. Spanish or Portuguese) is a strong advantage. Persuasive, resilient professional with strong communication and relationship‑building skills; willingness to travel within the Americas as required.
