We are looking for a highly motivated, visionary minded, person to drive implementation of PLM integration for data exchange and migration.You will be part of an international team driving PLM process improvements and implementation of PLM data integrations across Siemens Energy. You will become part of a data integration team, as well as keep a pulse and interface with other organizations and strategic digitalization initiatives in Siemens Energy. The position is within the Siemens Energy Global IT & Digitalization organization and can be located either in Germany or in the US. How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Design and Implementation: Drive Teamcenter to S4E (S4/Hana) integration for data exchange and for managing migrations via eQube MI middleware; architect middleware integration and mapping logic; address and follow up issues, hurdles, conflicting requirements
8. Consulting: Advise on Teamcenter and TC integration related architecture topics. Align our Teamcenter-ERP integration approach.
9. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
10. Collaboration: You work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions
11. Value Delivery: Ensure IT solutions and services deliver value to the business.
12. Innovation: Identify and promote innovative IT solutions to enhance business processes.
What You Bring
13. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
14. Several years of experience working with Teamcenter with at least 2 years supporting a customer production environment deployment.
15. Hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE and configuration, ITKs, SOAs, and scripting languages is essential. Familiarity with the latest Teamcenter versions and AWC configuration, as well as experience in TC integration solutions and downstream integrations, is also important. Experience in using eQube MI technology and / or other technologies to exchange data between Teamcenter with other tools. Experience in core TC applications such as BOM Management, Change Management, Product Configurator, Part-CAD alignment, TC Manufacturing etc.
16. End-2-End PLM process knowledge (Engineering - Manufacturing - Service processes) and with data flow from PLM (TC) into ERP; fundamental process knowledge about Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes
17. Strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter, including end-to-end implementation experience, is mandatory. Relevant certifications and trainings in Teamcenter, eQube MI.
18. Cloud and Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic knowledge about public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and certifications. Knowledge of systems, networking, virtualization, and containerization is also beneficial.
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams are crucial. Being proactive, empathetic, and approachable are also valued traits.
