POSITION: Sales Executive – DACH Market
LOCATION: Germany (Remote or Hybrid – Düsseldorf)
SALARY: €40k-€55k base + €10k-€20k (variable depending on experience)
At Neulinx, we’re hiring on behalf of a leading cloud-based property management and booking platform that supports thousands of independent accommodation providers across Europe and North America.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, German-speaking sales professional to join their DACH team and help grow their presence across the region. The role is focused on consultative, phone-based sales, and would suit someone with a strong background in SaaS, hospitality, or eCommerce, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell the company’s award-winning SaaS solution primarily via phone – both through cold outreach and inbound leads.
* Understand each prospect’s unique business needs and provide tailored demos (screen-share based).
* Identify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and strategic outreach.
* Accurately update and manage all activity and data in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the local marketing team and manager to coordinate campaigns.
* Collaborate with Customer Service and Onboarding teams to support a smooth transition for new clients.
* Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
About You
* Based in Germany and eligible to work without sponsorship.
* University degree required.
* You’re a natural hunter – confident and comfortable with phone-based sales.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales or prospecting role (phone or field).
* Background in travel, eCommerce, or hospitality is essential.
* Track record of success in quota-carrying roles – self-motivated and results-focused.
* Native-level German (spoken and written); English fluency required for internal communication.
* Confident, personable, and great at building rapport over the phone.
* Quick to pick up new technology and systems.
* Comfortable using MS Office tools and working in a CRM system.
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
