Your tasks
7. Responsibility for the operational management of a shift team in packaging
8. Ensuring a smooth production process in compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards
9. Active promotion and further development of employees through targeted coaching
10. Assuming responsibility for work preparation, production management and monitoring as well as preparation and follow-up of production orders
11. Implementing and continuously improving processes to increase productivity and motivate the team
12. Supporting and implementing lean management principles
13. Working closely with other departments to ensure optimal communication and coordination
14. Tracking and analyzing the quantity and quality of finished goods produced
15. Staff scheduling including vacation planning
Your profile
16. Many years of professional experience in shift management in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
17. Strong leadership and social skills with a motivating, appreciative and development-oriented attitude
18. Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement (CIP)
19. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (AMG, AMWHV, GMP guidelines)
20. Good mathematical (especially percentage calculation) and technical understanding, as well as advanced IT skills (e.g. Office, SAP)
21. Good written and spoken German, good communication skills
22. Strong awareness of quality, hygiene and costs
23. High sense of responsibility, reliability, structured and conscientious way of working
24. Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of working
25. Willingness to work in 3 shifts
