We’re looking for a Regional Key Account Manager Healthcare to help us grow and shape our Healthcare vertical across Europe. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of building trust with leading healthcare and pharma clients, developing tailored end-to-end logistics solutions, and driving strategic growth.

Your responsibilities
1. Nurture and expand relationships with key healthcare clients across Europe.
2. Spot opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and new business development in pharma and healthcare supply chains.
3. Act as the voice of the customer—translating their needs into innovative, patient-focused logistics solutions.
4. Create and own strategic account plans, driving retention and expansion.
5. Lead at least two strategic initiatives that shape the future of our Healthcare solutions in Europe.
6. Partner with internal teams across sales, operations, and product development to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Your profile
7. You’re a connector and a builder. Clients trust you because you listen deeply, understand their world, and deliver solutions that matter. You thrive in fast-moving environments, spot opportunities others miss, and love the challenge of growing something new.
8. 7+ years in Healthcare logistics, pharma supply chains, or Key Account Management.
9. Strong track record in client relationship management and business development.
10. Experience from pharma companies or competitors (. DHL, DB Schenker, K+N, Ceva) is a plus.
11. Excellent communicator, negotiator, and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
12. Patient-centric mindset with a strong sense of quality and compliance.
13. Fluent in English, C2 level (German is a big plus).
14. Based in Germany, Benelux, or Switzerland, with willingness to travel across Europe.
