1. Develop a deep understanding of the "why" behind customer needs within the holiday segment, crafting a clear product strategy and defining objectives for both the immediate area and beyond.
2. Lead the creation of digital solutions that enhance the customer journey
3. Focus on delivering innovative and dynamic user experiences with the support of a cross-functional team.
4. Partner closely with commercial teams, developers, and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
5. Manage product backlogs, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure that all teams have a clear understanding of product requirements.
6. Be deeply data-obsessed, using analytics, A/B testing, user feedback, market research, and competitor analysis to guide product decisions and improve user engagement.
7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and use insights to optimize features and drive improvements.
8. Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends within the travel and e-commerce sectors.

9. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
10. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, product management, best practices in travel & leisure and/or commercial aviation
11. Experience in developing and launching e-commerce websites and applications.
12. Ability to think strategically, prioritize competing demands, make data-driven decisions.
13. Experience in co-working with UX/UI designers, developers, and data analysts to build and optimize digital products.
14. Knowledge of product management methods like product discovery, design thinking and product delivery methods and record of implementing/utilizing them in daily work.
15. Excellent verbal and written English skills; German/Turkish is a plus.
16. Experience in dynamic packaging systems and integrations with online travel agencies.
17. Familiar with travel industry standards and technologies, such as GDS, PNR, or distribution channels.
18. Familiar with travel API frameworks and platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
