What you´ll do
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that activate demand and strengthen customer engagement in current and fast growing markets
* Plan, execute, and oversee our annual regional marketing activities and align with business needs and overall communication plan
* Design and drive a cohesive content strategy, leveraging digital platforms and innovative tools to deliver compelling messages to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
* Define KPIs, measure performance, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives to continuously improve marketing impact
* Align messaging and marketing support for key customer touchpoints, including technology days, innovation forums, and major industry events
* Champion internal communication around innovation and facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across global teams
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in a technology-driven or industrial environment with cross-regional scope
* Strong strategic thinking with hands-on executional ability
* Experience with digital content tools and campaign analytics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English, ideally very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
