im Bereich Motorenmontage (Mittel- Großmotoren) Mitarbeiter im Bereich Einspritzung und Reglertechnik (BOSCH Woodward L’Orange Regulateurs Europa, inkl. Prüfstandserfahrung),
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hamburg suchen wir erfahrene Mitarbeiter mit ggf. folgenden Schwerpunkten bzw. Vorkenntnissen:
- Mitarbeiter mit dem Schwerpunkt, Mittel- und Großmotoren De- und Montage (Deutz, MWM, Wärtsilä, Sulzer, MAN, MAK etc.)- Mitarbeiter mit dem Schwerpunkt Einspritzsysteme und Reglertechnik mit wünscheswerten Erfahrung aus den Bereichen BOSCH, L’Orange, Woodward, Regalateurs Europa und deren Prüfstandsanforderungen
Allgemeine Anforderungen zu den obigen genannten Schwerpunkten wären:
Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Team?
1. Demontieren, befunden und montieren von Motoren und deren Komponenten an Produkten des Wärtsilä Portfolios
2. Demontieren, befunden und montieren von Einspritzpumen und Drehzahlreglern der Hersteller Bosch, Wooward, L`orange und Regulateurs Europa.
3. Durchführen von Funktionsprüfungen und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen inkl. Dokumentation
4. Bedarfsermittlung von Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen zur Komplettierung von Aufträgen
5. Auftragsdokumentation mit IT gestützten System am PC, Laptop oder Tablet
6. Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen
7. Einhaltung der geltenden Arbesitssicherheitsstandards (z.B. Gefährdungsbeurteilung vor Arbeitsbeginn) sowie Umweltvorschriften
8. Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen am Standort
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
9. Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung zum Maschinenschlosser, Industrie-, Landmaschinen-, und Nutzfahrzeugmechaniker
10. Erste Berufserfahrungen in einem Werkstattbetrieb und Kenntnisse in der Motorentechnik oder Einspritz-, und Regeltechnik.
11. Kenntnisse über Mittel- und Großmotoren, deren Bauteile sowie deren maschinelle Bearbeitung von Vorteil
12. Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Werkzeugmaschinen wünschenswert
13. Schweißtechnische Kenntnisse im Bereich MAG und WIG Schweissen
14. Sichere Anwendungskenntnisse von Messmitteln
15. Zuverlässige und Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
16. Keine Berührungsängste mit Laptops, Tablets oder ähnlichen Eingabemedien
17. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
18. Grundsätzlich offen für Mehrarbeit, auch an Samstagen oder mit versetzten Arbeitszeiten

Workshop Technicians (m/f/d)
in the area of engine assembly (medium-large engines) and in the area of injection and regulator technology (BOSCH Woodward L’Orange Regulateurs Europe, including test bench experience),
To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for experienced technicians with the following areas of focus or previous knowledge:
- Employees with a focus on medium and large engine disassembly and assembly (Deutz, MWM, Wärtsilä, Sulzer, MAN, MAK etc.)- Employees with a focus on injection systems and controller technology with desirable experience in the areas of BOSCH, L’Orange, Woodward, Regalateurs Europa and their test bench requirements
General requirements for the above-mentioned focal points would be:
Your tasks in our team?
19. Dismantling, inspecting and assembling engines and their components on products from the Wärtsilä portfolio
20. Dismantling, examining and assembling injection pumps and speed controllers from the manufacturers Bosch, Wooward, L`orange and Regulateurs Europa.
21. Carrying out functional tests and quality assurance measures including documentation
22. Determination of requirements for spare parts, tools and devices to complete orders
23. Order documentation with an IT-supported system on a PC, laptop or tablet
24. Participation in the optimization of workflows and processes
25. Compliance with applicable occupational safety standards (e.g. risk assessment before starting work) and environmental regulations
26. Collaborate with other departments on site
This will convince us:
27. Completed commercial and technical vocational training as a machine fitter, industrial, agricultural machinery and commercial vehicle mechanic
28. Initial professional experience in a workshop and knowledge of engine technology or injection and control technology.
29. Knowledge of medium and large engines, their components and their machining is an advantage
30. Knowledge of operating machine tools desirable
31. Welding knowledge in the area of MAG and TIG welding
32. Confident knowledge of the use of measuring equipment
33. Reliable and responsible way of working
34. No fear of contact with laptops, tablets or similar input media
35. Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, knowledge of English is an advantage
36. Generally open to overtime, including on Saturdays or with staggered working hours
