Job Description
Delivery Hero is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to join on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You will partner with hiring managers to build teams across our dynamic region, and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve & innovate how we attract best talent to our organization.
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover.
Your Mission
1. Strategic regional partner for hiring managers, educating them and providing strategic guidance about the external leadership candidate market, ensuring we hire the very best global talent for our senior positions
2. Sharing a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding recruiting, advising on position alignments, interview best practices, candidate experience as well as using data to inform your decisions
3. Proactively pulls hiring metrics from various sources and can speak to trends beyond the requisition and speak broadly to the market, line of business, or industry
4. Lead update meetings on active searches, conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers
5. Train leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities, to understand the nuances at executive level
6. Actively market map, source and contact prospective candidates while partnering with our employer branding team to find innovative methods of candidate attraction
7. Ensuring a personalized and exceptional candidate journey, ensuring continuous candidate touchpoints
8. Assessing talents against business requirements and our Delivery Hero values and Leadership Principles
9. Owning various regional succession planning initiatives
Qualifications
Your Heroic Skills
10. You have 3+ years of experience in recruitment with focus on Europe
11. You'll be highly inquisitive and an amazing communicator.
12. You have executive search recruiting experience (search firm/ in-house both considered) covering a range of different departments and functions
13. You are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels
14. You have high business acumen with an understanding of complex business models and enjoy discussing them with candidates and stakeholders as well as the intricacies of the candidate/ market landscape
15. You use data and research to inform your discussions and decisions
16. You are highly candidate experience driven and believe in quality of service and communication
17. You are fluent and an excellent communicator in English and German.
