Your tasks
7. Revision and updating of existing training materials to ensure consistent quality and clear structure.
8. Development of new training materials, presentations and guides for different target groups.
9. Development, maintenance and optimization of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes
10. Close collaboration with specialist departments to gather knowledge and ensure easy accessibility for employees.
11. Utilizing modern AI tools for the efficient creation, structuring, and continuous improvement of content.
Your profile
12. Completed studies with a focus on media and communication or comparable qualifications, alternatively completed vocational training in a related field with several years of professional experience
13. Experience in creating and revising training materials as well as in target group-oriented communication.
14. Safe use of Microsoft 365
15. Ideally, experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
16. Structured and precise working methods with high standards for understandable documentation
17. Working time model: 38 hours/week
