Your Responsibilities
* IT Network Administrator:
o Management and maintenance of the network infrastructure
o Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, network components, and servers.
o Troubleshooting and performance optimization of networks.
o Monitoring and analysis of network processes as well as identification of bottlenecks.
o Ensuring network availability and stability.
o Performing regular backups and recovery tests.
o Coordination of internal and external partners.
* Information Security Officer:
o Responsibility for the development, implementation, and monitoring of information security policies in accordance with ISO 27001.
o Conducting security and risk analyses.
o Monitoring and implementing measures to ensure compliance with legal data protection and security requirements (e.g., GDPR, IT Security Act).
o Training and raising employee awareness on information security topics.
o Supporting incident response and handling security incidents.
o Preparing security reports and conducting regular audits.
Your Profile
* Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable degree.
* Professional experience in network administration and information security.
* In-depth knowledge of network, server, and IT infrastructure administration.
* Experience in the implementation and management of security solutions.
* Knowledge of the IT Security Act, GDPR, and ISO 27001 is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
* An independent, structured approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent are desirable.
