Mission & Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in coordinating and executing development projects under the OPTIMAP framework. Ensure communication and alignment between engineering, production, and quality teams. Monitor project planning, costs, risks, and deliverables, and support reporting and gateway preparation. Assist with budget tracking, cost follow‑up, and investment monitoring. Support customer activities such as APQP, PPAP, build events, and technical reviews. Contribute to the industrialisation phase, ensuring plant readiness for serial production. Identify and follow up on scope changes and deviations, proposing corrective actions. Apply internal standards and best practices to ensure efficient project execution. Promote team coordination and continuous improvement within the project environment. Competencies & Requirements Technical degree in engineering, production, or industrial field. 2–3 years of experience in an industrial or automotive environment. Good understanding of development and serial production processes. Strong organisation, coordination, and communication skills. Fluent in German, with professional English. Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, and eager to learn within a dynamic project context.
