The
Logistics Director, EMEA
will lead the regional logistics strategy and operations for a complex, high‑volume Food & Beverage FMCG business. The role has full accountability for warehousing, transportation, 3PL management, and logistics performance across multiple EMEA markets. This position requires a
senior, internationally experienced leader
who can operate at executive level, manage diverse regional teams, and drive standardisation while respecting local market requirements.
Key Responsibilities Own and execute the
EMEA logistics strategy, aligned with business growth and service objectives Lead multi‑country
warehousing and distribution
operations (ambient / chilled / frozen, depending on product mix) Manage regional transportation strategy, cross‑border flows, and 3PL partnerships Drive OTIF performance, service excellence, and cost optimisation across EMEA Lead regional tenders, contract negotiations, and SLA governance Build and develop senior logistics leaders at country and regional level Act as senior escalation point for service disruptions and crisis management Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, H&S, and regulatory standards across EMEA
Leadership & Experience Senior logistics leadership experience in regulated environments Proven ownership of
regional (EMEA) logistics operations Strong background in
warehousing, transportation, and 3PL management at scale Experience managing cross‑border logistics and complex regulatory environments Language & International Profile Fluent German and English (both required) Comfortable operating in an international, multicultural leadership environment Willingness to travel across the EMEA region Skills Executive‑level stakeholder management and influencing capability Commercially minded, data‑driven, and results‑focused Strong people leader with experience leading senior managers across regions Confident change leader with experience driving transformation and standardisation
