Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the Real Estate sector as a key member of a dynamic and people-oriented team. As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting and tax review, handling complex accounting files, ensuring accurate financial production, and maintaining overall tax compliance for Luxembourg and German entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting and Tax Review: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accurate accounting and tax compliance.
* Complex Accounting Files: Handle and resolve complex accounting issues and ensure timely and accurate financial production.
* Tax Compliance: Maintain overall tax compliance for Luxembourg and German entities, including VAT and corporate tax returns.
* Reporting and Audits: Prepare and assist with audits, providing accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Languages: Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
