Io is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup helping companies optimize growth through product-led funnels and data-driven marketing. We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Head of Growth to own end-to-end growth across self-serve and enterprise funnels. You will work closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and fractional contractors to identify opportunities, execute tests, and scale proven strategies.
This is a Part-Time remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 1-3 months.
We are looking for a Head of Growth specifically with these requirements:
~5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with strong exposure to product-led growth (PLG) and hybrid PLG + sales-assisted funnels.
~ Hands-on experience with HubSpot MAP, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for funnel, cohort, and retention analysis.
~ Technical fluency(SQL or coding experience) is a plus.
Design, execute, and iterate high-velocity growth experiments with clear success metrics across web, onboarding, pricing, upsell, and retention flows.
Set growth priorities and coordinate work across product, engineering, design, and fractional contractors.
Report on growth performance, insights, and next bets with clear accountability to outcomes.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and executing with independence.
Track key metrics including Web → Free trial → Paid Conversion, Activation Rate / Time-to-Value, and Qualified Demo Conversion Rate.
