Hire Resolve is assisting Sales & Marketing organisations in hiring experienced Sales & Marketing professionals for mid–senior opportunities across Germany. This is a multi-role campaign spanning key commercial functions, including business development, key account management, sales operations/enablement, demand generation, digital/performance marketing, brand & communications, product/industry marketing, and go-to-market execution.
These opportunities suit professionals ready to lead initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward senior pathways such as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Sales Director, Marketing Director, or Commercial Lead (depending on specialisation and scope).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives
Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign delivery
Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning (role-dependent)
Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes
Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making
Use customer, market, and competitor insights to refine strategy and improve funnel conversion
Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes
Create or improve playbooks, processes, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth
Coach and mentor team members; support onboarding and performance development where applicable
Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with GDPR and relevant German requirements (where applicable)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA and relevant certifications are advantageous)
5–12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles (mid–senior level)
Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, retention)
Working knowledge of common commercial tools (depending on specialisation), such as:
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics
Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua
Analytics/reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
Ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (role-dependent)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and results to senior leaders
Commercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritise work for impact
