You will join the Development leadership team, a close-knit group of 6 leaders and together, we drive delivery, performance, and daily operations across a development organization of around 75 people globally. Collaboration, clarity, and accountability are at the core of how we work.
This position reports directly to our Chief Technology Officer and will be based in one of our offices in Oslo, Aarhus, Copenhagen, or Hamburg—depending on your location.
You keep plans on track and performance on point
As Performance Lead, you are the operational glue between data, plans, and execution. This means that you will get a hands-on role with operational follow-up, reporting, and performance tracking – enabling the team to deliver at a consistently high level.
You will have an independent and varied workday where you:
* Track key KPIs and help visualize engineering performance to inform leadership decisions
* Follow up on project milestones and ensure timely, complete delivery across the organization
* Turn data into insights by identifying trends, delivery risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Prepare clear, executive-ready reports and presentations for CTO, senior management, and the board
* Support the governance rhythm by coordinating inputs, documenting actions, and ensuring clarity
You have an analytical mind and a passion for operational clarity
You thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment – and you are comfortable working close to executive leadership and can confidently follow up across all levels of a tech organization.
We also imagine that you:
* Have experience with performance tracking, planning, or operational governance – ideally in a software environment
* Have high attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks early
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Can synthesize complex input into clear and compelling reports and presentations
