Your Responsibilities
 * Hold full accountability for Finance and IS/IT functions, reporting directly to the CEO and participating in executive leadership
 * Develop, implement, and communicate corporate strategy to ensure profitable, sustainable growth and achieve organizational goals
 * Lead, manage, and oversee all financial processes, including controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency
 * Define and deliver financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, including cash flow management and cost optimization
 * Ensure regulatory compliance, financial governance, and statutory requirements across international operations (e.g., EU, USA, Middle East)
 * Manage and develop empowered, high-performing teams in Finance and IS/IT, including professional development and succession planning
 * Build and sustain constructive relationships with shareholders, business partners, internal stakeholders, and clients
 * Foster a corporate culture based on integrity, quality, continuous improvement, and service orientation for both internal and external stakeholders
 * Represent the company in external forums; build networks supporting strategic objectives
 * Reporting-line to the CFO: Group Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of IT
Your Know-how
 * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; recognized accounting qualification
 * Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, ideally as Finance Director or CFO in an international context
 * Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation and IS/IT strategy
 * Strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance requirements
 * Proven track record in steering organizational change and process improvement
 * Advanced analytical capability for complex business insight and actionable recommendations
 * Strategic, solutions-focused leadership with resilience and clarity in communication
 * Passion for team leadership, talent management, and building collaborative work environments
