As the worlds leading geodata specialist, we provide a wide range of services for the collection, processing and visualisation of offshore geodata, its analysis, interpretation and evaluation on our offshore projects.
We act both nationally and internationally as a competent partner for numerous customers in the renewable energy industry, telecommunications and maritime authorities, among others.
Tasks
In this role you will support organisational effectiveness, talent management and change management initiatives to employees and managers on key people matters. You will contribute at the both the hands-on level to cultivate an inclusive and high performing culture as the organisation grows. Having a strong business orientation, being influential, thinking out of the box, having a global mindset and being a strong team player are key for success factors for this role:
Recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees as well as ensuring workplace health and safety
Providing and executing administrative HR support: benefits, payroll, expenses, time tracking, documentation, reporting to secure that data and administration are correct and up to date
You support People & Capability initiatives and projects including workforce planning, talent rotation, employee engagement, learning and development
You support the implementation of strategies to ensure People & Capability initiatives and programs
You take care of programs and initiatives to retain current employees and attract candidates with critical skills in the highly competitive market. This includes executing employee communication and engagement initiatives through a variety of forms.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor/Master degree with a preference in Human Resources
You are business fluent in German and have strong competence in English
Competence in payroll, expenses, benefits, time tracking, labour law
Experience of supporting teams in technology or engineering preferred
