* Position HR as a strategic business enabler – not just a support function
* Drive decisions with people data and insight
* Lead change projects and support organisational transformation
* Collaborate closely with employee reps to shape progressive and balanced outcomes
🧠 What we’re looking for:
* A proven HRBP with deep transformation and change experience
* Someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments
* Strong stakeholder skills, with the confidence to influence at C-level
* Analytical mindset – able to turn data into action
* Experience working with works councils/employee reps
* Fluent in German & English
