Job Description
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
Main areas of focus include:
* Advising clients on adopting IT infrastructure solutions and cloud technologies to enhance their business operations.
* Implementing processes to enable clients to benefit from technology advancements and data-driven insights (financial management, regulatory compliance, data maturity assessments, cloud exit strategies).
The Senior Account Manager will also be accountable for:
* IT infrastructure solutions and services (networking, security, converged communication, storage, backup, connectivity, mobile devices).
* Cybersecurity measures.
* Outsourcing of IT production.
* Enhancing data capabilities to empower clients to develop strategic businesses and gain market share (artificial intelligence, machine learning).
