We are currently looking for a Manager Spare Parts Operations to join us based in our HQ in Ratingen to lead the Spare Parts Operation.

Your area of responsibility:
• Management and further development of the logistics and spare parts planning division with direct responsibility for process efficiency and target achievement
• Strategic planning and control of worldwide spare parts supply, considering costs, quality and availability
• Responsibility for inventory management, warehouse optimization and ensuring an efficient supply chain
• Leading and developing a team of logistics and planning specialists.
• Control and optimization of transport and customs processes for international deliveries
• Analysis of key figures and implementation of improvement measures to optimize supply chain processes
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as Healthcare Service, Controlling, Trade Compliance, FEN Logistics, ERP Department and Digital-Transformation
• Responsibility for compliance with legal, safety and quality requirements.
Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in logistics and spare parts planning, ideally in the medical technology environment or in a technically demanding area.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and successfully lead a team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an eye for operational details.
• Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP) and knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerBI
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach.
