For our client, the world’s largest e-commerce company, we are filling the following position with immediate effect: SENIOR PROGRAM & COMMUNITY MANAGER (M/F/D) YOUR TASKS Design and management of strategic developer programs, including internal and external events Coordination of cross-functional projects to scale Developer Advocate activities Development and maintenance of program dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure success Implementation of efficient processes and automations to improve content workflows Establishment and support of user groups in the subregion (EMEA), including community growth strategy Organization and support of Community Days and other community-driven events YOUR QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a technical environment At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or community-focused role Proven track record in managing complex programs and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Strong data analysis skills and experience using KPIs to drive improvements Familiarity with tools such as Asana, JIRA, Salesforce, or digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Qualtrics) Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus BENEFITS Working in an international work environment Working time account with full compensation for overtime Discounts with attractive partner companies INTERESTED?
