Drive Creator-Led Acquisition
Manage the full funnel of influencer & creator collaborations on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and podcasts—from prospecting and outreach to contract, briefing, go-live, and performance review. Prioritise high-impact micro- and mid-tier partners to deliver efficient CAC and sustainable ROAS.
Build and Run our Ambassador Programme
Design tiered incentives (commission, product seeding, early launches) to convert top creators and power users into long-term brand ambassadors. Develop quarterly challenges, exclusive content drops, and CRM touchpoints that keep ambassadors active and excited.
Scale Affiliate Growth
Own our affiliate platform set-up, commission structures, and partner recruitment pipeline. Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate KPIs (clicks, conversion, AOV, payouts) to maximise incremental revenue.
Creative & Content Synergy
Brief creators on hooks, talking points, and required formats; harvest best-performing UGC for paid ads, email, and site assets.Iterate fast—test copy angles, formats, and incentives to find winning patterns.
Budget & KPI Ownership
Plan and manage a six-figure creator/affiliate budget with weekly pacing and in-flight optimisations.Report on acquisition, retention, and LTV of influencer-sourced customers; present insights in the weekly KPI meeting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Performance, CRM, and Product teams to sync campaigns, landing pages, and promotional calendars.Spot and pilot new platforms, automation tools, or analytics stacks that boost efficiency.
Your profile
* 2+ years in Influencer/Affiliate or Creator Partnerships within e-commerce or consumer brands; proven track record hitting growth targets.
* Analytical mindset & ROI focus—comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and cohort analysis to back decisions with data.
* Negotiation & relationship-building skills that turn one-off collabs into brand love stories.
* Creative eye for thumb-stopping content and an instinct for what converts on each platform.
* Hands-on operator who loves rolling up sleeves, testing, learning and scaling what works.
* Fluent German.
* Preferably based in Berlin.
