What we do:
* We are responsible for the reporting of workforce KPIs that drive our business forward.
* We ensure the highest quality of people KPIs and Power BI reports — enabling effective management decisions and transparent communication with external stakeholders.
* We provide Group-wide insights using our global People Analytics Hub database, offering timely and accurate analyses on topics such as absenteeism, diversity, safety, and retention.
* We use advanced analytics, data science, and predictive modelling to uncover the causes behind people-related business challenges and to identify actionable solutions.

Your tasks
* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards using SQL and DAX
* Support statistical analysis of people data using Python
* Assist in managing and executing people analytics projects
Your profile
* Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Psychology, Social Science, Informatics, Economics, Logistics, Operations, Data Analytics before October 1st, 2026
* First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Statistical Data Analysis, project management, presenting to senior stakeholders,
* minimum 3 months of international experience, internships in the areas of operations/logistics/data analytics
* Fluent English skills, German is nice to have, knowledge in PowerBI, Python, SQL, MS Office
* Self-motivated collaborative team player, multitasking, flexible, proactive “can do” attitude, results-driven ability to explain complex statistical projects in an easy-to-understand way, knowledge of data science project methodology
