Corporate Governance Professional
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Governance Professional to support the General Secretariat and Corporate Affairs department in delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services. This role combines operational excellence with governance awareness, ensuring effective coordination and execution of governance processes across the Company and other internal companies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Management Committee, internal entities, and senior leadership team with meeting preparation, agenda coordination, and minute-taking.
2. Prepare and distribute board packs in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Monitor and follow-up on decisions and action points arising from Board and Management Committee meetings.
4. Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and procedures across the organization.
5. Support the implementation of internal controls and governance processes.
6. Collaborate with teams like Legal, Compliance, Risk, and HR to ensure consistent governance practices.
Requirements:
* Academic degree in law, economics, or business administration.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar governance, company secretarial, or paralegal role.
* Fluent in English; any other language would be considered as an asset.
* Good knowledge of corporate law and governance principles.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Strong drafting and analytical skills.
