Your tasks
7. Coordination of the ship design process and the creation of the master plan
8. Control and integration of the overall 3D modeling
9. Performing stability and weight calculations
10. Preparation of design calculations and technical documentation
11. Ensuring compliance with regulations
12. Taking on the role of technical interface to classification societies and authorities
13. Coordination of interdisciplinary teams, including hydrodynamics, structure and equipment
Your profile
14. Completed studies in the field of shipbuilding, marine engineering or comparable
15. Solid knowledge of ship design or ship development
16. Ideally, experience in working with classification societies.
17. Experience with stability software, e.g., NAPA
18. Experience with CAD/3D environments and understanding of model integration, e.g., ACAD, Rhinoceros, Siemens NX or similar.
19. Good knowledge of relevant regulations and rules, e.g., IMO, classification
20. Proficient use of MS Office applications and project management tools, e.g., Jira and Confluence
21. Independent, systematic and methodical working methods
22. Sense of responsibility and quality awareness
23. Working time model: 35 hours/week
