Job Description
Plan, execute and control complete CPP & advanced projects of small/medium size for thedefined Product line, Organization with a strong relationship to suppliers, internal and external customers, handle and control project activities and daily business a single.
Main responsibility:
Lead the cross functional project team and coordinate communication and deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. engineering product / manufacturing, engineering CBU / engineering product) to define the platform requirements and targets on time, cost, quality, product performance and manufacturabilityInitiate project and ensure development of Business Plan, SOW, WBS, BOM, CAR and TA. Maintain and distribute updates as required by flow of the project.Lead changes involving and coordinatingthe related customer programs and plants by using the product change management process in EPIC (ECR/ECO)Provides on-site support to the Plant team throughout the pre-production builds and focuses on MSO to ensure plant materials functions are readyContinuously drive cost and quality improvement activities for all launched projects until EOPEnsures that financial performance is protected or enhanced by scope changes drivenby the customer.Conduct Project and Gate Reviews on a regular basis, ensureparticipation by relevant sponsor and stakeholders, report summary project status on monthly basis and ensure project documentation in EPIC (e.g. Project File, SOW, timeline, PRP deliverables, drawings, BOM, ).Requirements:

Education: Degree in an engineering discipline and electronics background
Work Experience: 3 – 4 years related experience (in automotive industry advantageous
