Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Quality Customer Programme Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Improving of customer satisfaction as well as ensuring that all quality aspects are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner
- Performing data analysis on customer reports and related KPI
- Identifying trends and anticipating risks through data analysis
- Supporting customer communication on A320 quality topics through the creation of communication packs
Your profile:
- Completed Studies in Supply Chain Quality, Economics or comparable
- Professional experience in customer service, aerospace, quality management and technical documentation
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management and project management
- Experience in using Google Meet
- Experience in developing presentations
- Skywise is an advantage
- Basic proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
