Corporate Consultant Job
As a Corporate Consultant, you will be the central point of contact for our agencies. Your goal is to sustainably develop and strengthen the agencies.
In this role, you will support your agencies in a needs-oriented manner in consulting and sales of corporate business.
Your tasks include:
* Needs-based support of agencies in consulting and sales of corporate business
* Implementation of central and regional corporate sales measures in the agencies assigned to you
* Sustainable development of agencies through qualification measures and close guidance
* Implementation of campaigns and expansion of existing customers, lead acquisition and conversion with the aim of acquiring new customers and upselling and cross-selling
* Exchange events for knowledge transfer
* Guidance in company and industry business cases and customer conversations
Requirements:
* Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance or equivalent training
* Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate business area, preferably in commercial customer business
* Several years of experience in mediating corporate business, sales partner support and underwriting
* Good knowledge of design options for tariff and condition texts
* Ideal: Expertise in the field of legal protection insurance
* Secure handling of computer-aided working tools including digital communication
* Well-developed ability to transfer sales-related knowledge
* Confident appearance and presentation in front of groups, creativity, curiosity and solution orientation
