Our German operations, now comprising two companies and multiple sites, are undergoing an exciting transformation. This includes change management across culture, organization and ERP systems.
In this important phase, we are looking for candidates for the newly created position:
Director, Finance and Controlling Germany
Location : Erfurt
Your responsibilities
* Oversee financial accounting and controlling
for 2 German entities, including monthly/annual reporting and financial statements.
* Drive
optimization of controlling tools
and support change management initiatives to enhance transparency and efficiency.
* Lead and develop a
team of more than 10 finance professionals (accounting and plant controllers)
* Act as a
primary contact for auditors and tax authorities.
* Reports to the
VP Finance DACH, and to the the SVP Finance EMEA-APAC
Your Profile
* You hold a Master Degree in Finance and at least 6 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in relevant roles, including leadership roles.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
* You speak German and English at a very good level (C1 and better) in oral and written form
* You are based in the Erfurt area or are willing to commute or move there
