We are looking for Internal Sales Employees for Italy (m/f/d) to join our team.
WHAT WE NEED:
1. Processing of customer inquiries and orders
2. Customer advice regarding product range
3. Coordination of production & delivery dates
4. Constant contact with the sales representative, service staff, accounting and other departments
5. Ensuring the legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
6. Preparation of all export documents
7. Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses and, if necessary, participation
WHO YOU ARE:
8. Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
9. Italian fluent in spoken and written
10. Convincing communication skills / good tone of voice
11. Good language skills in English an advantage and in Spanish desirable
12. Organizational talent
