YOUR TASKS:
* Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers for tower components category in Global Sourcing Steel tower.
* Coordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chain.
* Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Master supply chain transformation to new geographic footprints (EU, BRAZIL, INDIA, CHINA, USA).
* Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in class.
* Negotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE).
* Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Innovation.
* Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier level.
* Participate in internal Workstreams (cost out programs, localization initiatives etc.).
YOUR PROFILE:
* Business and/or Engineering degree or similar education.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role.
* Procurement background in commercial activities
* Costing and pricing analyst abilities
* Management and structured profile
* English and Spanish at negotiation level.
* Keen on working on international environment and face new challenges.
