Your Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate simulation and automation projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and achieved on schedule
* Translate high-level customer or management requests (e.g., robot concept videos, simulation demos, automation validation) into clear tasks and timelines for engineering teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, automation, application, and simulation, design, to ensure smooth integration and consistent project delivery
* Monitor progress of simulation development, track key inputs (CAD, kinematic data, control logic), and manage version control and delivery quality
* Coordinate resources and priorities across internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
* Prepare documentation and visual materials (project dashboards, progress reports, presentations) for internal and external alignment
* Support risk assessment and issue resolution, proactively identifying potential technical or scheduling conflicts and facilitating solutions
* Drive iterative improvement in project execution, communication, and simulation workflows
Your Profile
* University degree in engineering, automation, robotics, or a related technical field
* 1+ years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in robotics, automation, or simulation-related domains
* Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Visual Components, Process Simulate, Isaac Sim, or Unity) and understanding of engineering workflows is a strong advantage
* Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or Fusion 360) is a plus
* Strong ability to structure open or unclear requirements into actionable, prioritized project tasks
* Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills — able to align technical, creative, and management perspectives effectively
* Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German or Chinese is a plus
* Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive attitude and ability to perform under dynamic and fast-paced project conditions
