Overview of the Position:
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead our strategic Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts within Adobe DX.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, coaching and developing team members to improve their sales skills and performance, and driving growth and retention.
Job Description:
* Lead a high-performing team of AEs to drive revenue growth and retention.
* Manage and inspire team members to deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management.
* Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy and build strong value propositions.
You will own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts and be responsible for delivering value and uncovering new opportunities through collaboration with Adobe's matrix organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS.
* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales.
* Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
