Strategic HR Partner Job
Seeking a seasoned HR professional to collaborate with senior leaders and drive business success through effective people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as trusted advisor on HR matters, ensuring alignment between business needs and initiatives.
* Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration follow-up, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate performance reviews, providing coaching to managers and employees.
* Be key point of contact for employees, actively listening to their needs and addressing concerns.
* Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
* Strong educational background in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 2-4 years experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably in professional services or consulting.
* In-depth understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French and German a plus.
