Key Responsibilities
* Support OPEX Capability Building: Develop and maintain capability curricula, execute training sessions, and coordinate trainers.
* Drive Change Management: Assist sites in executing transformations or 'burning platform' projects.
* Roll Out Global OPEX Standards: Own elements of the operating system, develop corresponding standards, and manage administrative processes.
* Manage the Global OPEX Community: Conduct performance management calls and oversee the collection of best practices.
This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, as well as superior leadership and communication skills. You will need to collaborate with industry experts to understand and implement best practices.
