Project Planner - Biologics - Stuttgart - 3-Year Contract
Quanta are supporting a huge capital investment project in Germany.
This Global Biologics Client are currently building their capital projects team and require a Project Planner with previous Greenfield or Brownfield Facility Build Experience to support their new venture.
We are interested in speaking with Senior Consultants looking for a long-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing oversight of the current project portfolio to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
2. Providing project planning (scheduling) support to the project team.
3. Manage the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedules are developed.
4. Assuring that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting and control.
5. Ensuring that project schedules conform to the Change Control Process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change orders.
6. Ensure that standard Project Planning requirements are met, understood and embedded from both Contractors and Sub-Contractors into the project systems.
7. Producing planning reports for input into the monthly reporting process.
Requirements:
8. Extensive experience in planning of large CAPEX projects (such as Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical) in multi-discipline teams.
9. Planning responsibility through lifecycle covering Detailed design, Construction to handover.
10. Extensive knowledge of the software tool P6 and MS Project.
11. Pharma / Bio experience supporting capital projects
