We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our International Headquarters team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the CTO International in the design, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives, as well as in driving transformation, professionalisation, and optimisation across the International Division. You will contribute directly to the accelerated organic and inorganic growth of the International Division, which aims to double in size within the next five years. The role involves close interaction with key stakeholders across the Apleona Group — from Executive Board members to Group support functions and regional and country teams. In addition, you will support the International COO on selected initiatives, with a particular focus on the organic growth agenda. As the International Division continues to scale, this role is expected to grow.
Coordinate the International PMO, overseeing key Group, BU International, and regional strategic initiatives.
· Translate the International Strategy into a comprehensive Value Creation Plan (VCP), including defined measures, milestones, and periodic reviews.
· Collaborate closely with regional leadership, Group support functions, and Group strategy and transformation teams to conceptualise initiatives and coordinate strategic planning and execution.
Conceptualise, track, and where required, actively drive the professionalisation of FMI and country support functions in alignment with Group and International strategies (e.g. IT,Procurement, HR).
· Support the growth strategy, with a particular focus on enhancing sales function professionalisation, formalising key sales KPIs and ratios (e.g. gearing ratios), and tracking adherence to growth targets.
· Steer and support the transfer of Group initiatives into countries to accelerate professionalisation, including Full Potential Plan measures.
Support and steer Group-wide initiatives to ensure effective local implementation.
· Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, with exposure to business transformation, growth strategy, and optimisation initiatives. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and deliver successful execution.
· Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively, including the preparation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and business cases.
· Strong learning mindset with a willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
· Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
