To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams
If problems occur during installation, you are on hand — analyzing, supporting, and finding pragmatic solutions
~ Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment or Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics or Computer Engineering or studies in healthcare with an IT focus
~Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
~ Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level), Knowledge of French is an advantage
